Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping: We ship globally except to certain Asian destinations and remote locations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

During peak seasons or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for leather goods)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-sized formal shoes (made-to-order)
  • Monogrammed accessories (personalized items)

These crafted-to-order pieces will be clearly marked as final sale at purchase.

Return Process
