Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and RMA number
- Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible, including dust bags for leather goods

Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days):
